Wordpress Black Belt Master

The assignment is having my web sites (fr.trendemic.net in French and www.trendemic.net in english) completed ASAP. The guy I was working with disappeared without finishing the job. For now I can't touch the left column (why left ? Don't ask), the widgets are in operatives on both site so I can't do nothing to remove the search window and put instead the 'subscribe to newsletter' and so on. So the assignment is to take over the work not done, I don't know if it means redoing it from scratch or if it is ok to use it as a base. On the way I'm open to proposal to make the site more easy to use and to read, more "2.0" and so on.

I have no idea how much is paid a wordpress designer these days so tell me. I don't need your diploma, just show me your portfolio and let's work together.
